IEB COFFEE SAS trades ower grade coffee for the Colombian roasting industry, specially under the following guidelines: Moisture 12%, Density 590, foreign objects 0.6%, Impurities 1.2%, fragments 5%, Profitable bean 52%, sored bean 9%, dry black bean 3%, partial black bean 12%, imperfect bean 28%, beans affected by the berry borer 10%, floating bean 4%, and clean cup, or according to specifications given bythe customer.
