Excelso Export Coffee
Composite of large grain, mainly flat, even, retained above fourteen (14) mesh, with a tolerance of five (5) percent (%) lower than that mesh, but retained by the twelve (12) mesh, of careful benefit and properly selected. In any case, this coffee must have at least fifty (50) percent (%) of beans retained on the fifteen (15) mesh, in accordance with the provisions of the Green Coffee Association of New York City, Inc.
Supreme Quality Excelso Coffee - Screen Net Nº 18
Composed by a large bean, mainly flat, even, retained above screen net Nº 18, with 5% tolerance below, but retained by screen net Nº 14, carefuly produced and properly selected.

Composed by a large bean, mainly flat, even, retained above screen net Nº 17, with 5% tolerance below, but retained by screen net Nº 14, carefuly produced and properly selected.
Special Coffee – Microlots
Coffee with SCAA qualification in sensory analysis and drink quality above 84 points, maximum humidity of 12%, presentation in bags of 70 or 35 net kilos, packaged in Grain Pro Bag and fique (natural fiber) packaging – or also packaged in a 20 kilo vacuum presentation and with a cardboard box. Micro lots that will depend on the quantity of the volumes that our suppliers can offer according to the quality and their harvests.
Consumption
IEB COFFEE SAS markets consumption for the Colombian roasting industry, especially under the following parameters: Usable grain 50%, black grain 3%, defective grain maximum 40%, gravel 2%, foreign body 1%, presence of brocade grain maximum 30%, density 620, maximum humidity 12% or whatever the client demands.
Lower Grade Coffee
IEB COFFEE SAS sells pasillas for the Colombian roasting industry, especially under the following parameters: Humidity 12%, Density 590, Foreign matter 0.6%, Impurities 1.2%, Rubble 5%, Usable grain 30%, Vinegar grain 9%, Dry black grain 3%, Partial black grain 12%, Brocade chopped grain 10%, float grain 4%, critical defects 28% and clean cup; or those that the client demands.
Colombian Coffee
Colombian Coffee is defined as one of a clean cup, with medium/high acidity and body, and a full and pronounced aroma.
